As a provider of housing, we are responsible for giving priority to people who have a local connection to the geographical area that Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are responsible for. By a local connection, we mean that you currently or have lived in, currently or have worked in, have close family or provide support to persons who live in the geographical area that we are responsible for.

Applying for inclusion on our Housing Register

If you feel that you have a local connection to the area, then you will be able to apply for inclusion onto our Housing Register by following the steps detailed in the next secion of this page. We will need to assess a variety of information about you, your housing needs and your current circumstances in order to make a decision. Please be as clear and accurate when completing the application form, as this will aid our dealing with your application in a timely and responsible manner.

Please follow these steps to put forward your application for our consideration

  1. Click on the 'Register with Nuneaton and Bedworth' button displayed below to start the process.
  2. You will be asked to either log into Homehunt if you already have a username and password or create these if you dont.
  3. Once you have used your username/password to log into Homehunt you will be asked to complete the full application form. This will take approximately 20 mins and is important for us to know as much about you as required to make a decision.
  4. When you have completed the application form you will be automatically assessed for qualification.
  5. You will be given a decision once you have fully completed the application process.
